The Management System of Our Analytical Laboratory is designed for developing confidence among its customers and personnel to deliver accurate, authentic and unbiased test results in order to meet their requirement.
Objectives:-
• The Laboratory management must maintain a strict internal Quality Control system.
• Resolution of customer complaint in a time bound manner.
• Maintenance of client privacy and guarantee of safe storage of client information received during business transaction.
• All personnel involved in the testing process shall be familiarized with quality documentations and its implementation procedure in the respective fields by arrangement of effective training system.
